Randolph Hockey Club Registration 2012-13

Let's continue the tradition of winning Youth Hockey programs in Randolph!!!!

From our Mite Level - past season's Morris County Youth Hockey League "B" Champions to our High School Public A Ice Hockey champions (3 out of last 4 Years!!!) we have demonstrated hockey development and success that looks to continue in 2012-2013.  Our Mite program also participated in Youth Mites on Ice at the Prudential Center during one of the intermissions of a NJ Devils game - so from youngest to oldest, we were fully represented at "The Rock" for 2011-2012.

The early registration period (June 1st - June 30th) has now opened and families may register in any one following places:

1) Rec Center on Calais Rd. during normal business hours.

2) We are hosting an open skate on Sunday, June 10th at 1:15pm-2:15pm at Aspen Ice (16 Aspen Dr off Middlebury - 973-927-9122). Please come meet Committee Members, Coaches, and Fellow Players and learn about becoming part of the program.  Please arrive early to allow for registration and dressing as Hockey equipment is encouraged for those wanting to skate.  There will be a separate area for beginning players and we encourage even those with developing skills to participate.

3) Dropping off Registration at 48 Beaver Dam Rd in the Shongum Section of town - c/o Gary Sofia, President Randolph Youth Hockey Committee

 

Registration is now open at the Mite through Bantam levels (birth year 1999 through 2004).

The following forms must be completed and signed for Rec registration:

1. Registration (to be signed by player and parent)

2. Consent to Treat / Medical History

3. Code Of Conduct (to be signed by player)

 

PLEASE NOTE: All players must register themselves for USA Hockey. Click here to register.

  A PLAYER CANNOT PRACTICE OR PLAY UNLESS THEY ARE REGISTERED WITH USA HOCKEY !

To expedite registration, please ensure you have all the forms and they are completely filled out and signed.
